I want to pursue someone at work in another department.. often only see afew times a week atm usually more.
We often joke and laugh he is single
He called me recently after I had him on it was quite cute and nice he called, he was quite excited by my teasing another person told me later that day. Hours later he was there nerves and people around I couldn't do anything.
He's smiley, jokes, flirts and I am physically attracted to him big time
I feel silly towards how to make a move but he said he doesn't care what I do to him type of thing,, that's enough to want me to lunge at him.
Whats holding me back is I am a parent, he is not and I am actually shy when I like a guy

If he knows you are a a parent why not say something like " I've got a babysitter for Saturday and don't want to waste the evening. Fancy helping me make the most of it?"

Go for it Grin have fun, and presumably he knows you have a child so dont worry.

Good luck Wink

And if you're shy, do it by text .... send something flirty and see what happens. Much easier than face to face if you're the shy type Blush

All most men need is a sign you are def interested and they will do the rest. Like another poster suggested, talking over text will probably be the easiest way to progress things. I suspect you don't have each others numbers or it would have happened already. Id say just give him your number and see what happens.

I only have his work phone number.

Start talking. The worst that can happen is he'll say yes Grin
