Ejaculation

Can anyone shed any light on this, don't have any problems, erection, sex etc but when I cum it's not shooting out properly, I cum ok but need to literally squeeze it out. It's been like this a few yrs now but got worse over time. I've had a vasectomy 3yrs ago, wasn't much better before that so unsure if that has had any affect. Not after ejaculating like a pro but used to get a few good spurts, anyone else had this problem and any treatment to get back to normal?

After a vasectomy in my thirties ejaculations felt exactly the same but the amount of ejaculate was significantly less and it came out with less force and didn’t travel as far. Before the snip, if left unchecked it could shoot several feet but after it would shoot just a few inches. In my single years one GF, the most sexually experienced one I went out with, actually said she wondered why she couldn’t feel my jizz in her vagina! Now the combination of age and enlarged prostrate, even though it feels like it’s jerking and pumping away as normal, it just dribbles out.

I'd get your prostate checked OP. It could be enlarged Do you have trouble peeing? As in you go frequently?
An enlarged prostate tend to squeeze the tubes that ejaculate and urine pass through therefore stunting proper release.

No issues peeing, orgasm still feels same just not shooting. After checking on Google it sounds perfectly normal. Might get a doc apt to be on safe side.

Getting checked out is never a bad idea, It could just be something as simple as retrograde ejaculation.

Pelvic floor muscles weaken with age like any other.

Doing keegals will help. No harm getting checked out though

I am experiencing the same thing. Its a bit depressing. I suspect its normal and associated with ageing and vasectomy. Would like to get a definitive answer but don't have a lot of enthusiasm for a GP appointment just for this. Google doesn't come up with many clear answers.

I'm 44 none smoker and in good health. Cum is gel consistency. Googled s few things and all said its natural as we age.
