Watching porn with a partner

As the title suggests, my boyfriend has suggested we watch porn together. I’ve never done this in a relationship before so I’m unsure of the idea. How do we go about it? Anyone do this and have experience/opinions?

Of course this can be fun and I imagine it is common place for couples. Just Google the free stuff and search for the categories that appeal to you both. Then there are pay sites that are more civilised although we have never subscribed. You can look at some of the pay site content for free and judge. The downside is that it is hard to find stuff that is good and doesn't raise ethical concerns. Half the content on the free sites is vile and I imagine the people and industry behind on line porn are very unsavoury.

I think that the majority of men are easily stimulated by visual aspects of sexuality, hence the popularity of porn with us. I didn't think that women were the same as in my experience a lot of women use our liking for it as some sort of weapon against us. That was until I met my current partner. She was raised in a strict, foreign Catholic country and yet she and her female friends would watch porn DVDs together in the days before there was easy access to free porn online. They would have a laugh, some ribald fun, and obviously enjoyed the experience.

We have often watched porn together at her instigation and we just simply get on with it. We rarely get to see the end of any scene, as we are usually well at it within a short while.

Why not simply tell him that you are willing to watch it with him? Ask him to find something that you might like, so tell him exactly what you want and do not want to see. Tell him that you are going to give it a try, but tell him that if you don't like it he is not to ask for a repeat performance. It might be a disaster; it might give you an insight into a side of his sexuality that you find either intriguing, or abhorrent. I think that he is being open with you about what he wants, so his request deserves an open, honest response.

Me and my husband watch porn together. I enjoy it, but not when it looks really fake and they are making really fake noises it puts me off.
A good place to start is amateur as they are usually actual couples, either that or ones where the man is pleasuring the woman. I personally like lesbian porn too.
Think about what does or might turn you on and go from there.
If you find don't like it I would tell him though.

It's common practice. Just get him to.download some. We watched it with the sound of as the fake noises turns into panto and ff any with fake tits.

Yes. However I have been very clear as to what we watch.

Sure, it can be really nice way of finding out what your partner really likes and can be a real turn on.

It works both ways. You discover a lot about each other!

I like watching people having sex, but there is a lot of porn that is a real turn off for me. A real passion killer!

Work out what is good for you, I am sure that it will work for him too, and then you will be able to enjoy yourselves.
