Following on from a few threads on here where there's been some great tips, I thought it might be interesting to have a thread dedicated & see what people say

I'm on a bit of a journey of self discovery sex-wise at the moment so keen to hear anything new I can learn!

So, what are your best experiences / sex tips?

My best advice would be to communicate, communicate, and then communicate. It is no good going through life having desires, fantasies, and needs that could easily be explored and met if only you were to tell someone about them.

Also one must be open: if a partner asks you for something that does not exactly appeal to you, then I would exhort you to be open-minded enough to try it. Try it more than once before you decide that it isn't for you.

Dont be too self conscious..... I think the more relaxed you are about your sexuality and body the more pleasure you derive from it. I spent so much of my 20s worrying about my cellulite, being paranoid about my legs and stomach (all back when I was a bloody size 6!). Now Im a size 12/14 and have been a 16 and I give far less of a fuck - and therefore am more "in the moment"
