Questions about squirting

I have lots of questions, as I'd really like to experience it for myself - does anyone have any tips?

I think I've been close before, a few times by myself and then with one partner. But have never got to the actual point.

Is it something that can be learned?
Can some people just not do it?
Is it a case of your body does it once and then it's easier to achieve afterwards?

Thankyou!

My experiences are

I can’t do it if my orgasm is too powerful as it won’t happen if I tense up. A build up is best, if you use a vibrator then i’d never recommend a high setting.

It can feel a bit like you need to pee which is when I think some people tense up and it doesn’t happen. Just accept that feeling and go with it.

I think it can be learned and it’s easier to do it on command once it’s happened a few times. I wanted to try it, it took a couple of attempts and then it happened.

It’s not like some giant shooting spurt though, and unless you see it happening or it’s a lot, it can sometimes be easy to confuse with general wetness if you’re one of those people.

Partners generally seem to find it really hot, or so I’ve found.

Divebar · 03/06/2019 19:39

For me it happens with a vibrator but more likely on the 3rd orgasm rather than the first couple. I need direct stimulation on my clitoris over a period of time ( rather than G spot stimulation). When I was younger it was definitely a spurt but is not quite that dramatic anymore .... although definitely very noticeable. Someone on here has found a particular vibrator has worked for her if you find that thread.

Awesome, thank you. Will have a search for it.

I guess it’s something you don’t know if you can do until you’ve done it? For me the first time was at age 35 and there’s only a few people who have been able to achieve it. I can’t on my own either

Backoutthere · 07/06/2019 07:45

I've not had any luck yet Hmm
I guess maybe because I'm concentrating too much on making it happen!! ha ha

For me it's just a certain point that he touches (through oral) and it just happens. I don't think you can learn it but you just have to find the spot. Plenty of fun to be had looking Wink

After reading a couple of threads on here, I asked DH to buy the Womaniser Starlet for my birthday.

I've now had this happen for the first time. I'm 32 . I have to say I was a little underwhelmed. I'd thought if it happened, the orgasm would be better and more intense. Although it was very good, it wasn't more intense than normal and I made a big mess.

Backoutthere · 18/06/2019 06:55

It seems to be easier for some people...or perhaps it's just some people have the knack to make it happen!

still no luck here 😒

@Satina that's what I had heard so was interested to see what it felt like (better / more intense).
Will have a look into different toys and see if that makes a difference.

Thanks all x

I have started squirting in my 50s with a new partner. Never had it happen before. It only happens if he is stimulating my G-spot with his fingers or a toy, & not every time.

The mess is a bit of a nuisance, to be honest & I tend to think worryingly about my new mattress Grin Blush The "sex towel" helps here, but I find it a bit off-putting to spread it out in advance!

The associated orgasms are different, but I wouldn't say better. Also it's more of a warm wet rush or trickle for me, rather than actual squirting. I thought it was pee at first, but I'm now pretty sure it isn't.

myusernameisnotmyusername · 18/06/2019 16:22

Ha ha. That made me laugh. Can't you just use a mattress protector. Does anyone know of a sex toy that makes orgasms more intense. I have a rabbit but it's rather underwhelming and over in seconds.

PussGirl · 18/06/2019 19:07

I have a mattress protector but it's cotton. I couldn't have a waterproof one, it'd be too "school dormitory" Grin

hopelessbusiness · 18/06/2019 20:47

We've been experimenting recently (OH sees it as a challenge!) and BY FAR the most effective toy has been a glass dildo (got mine from LoveHoney.) Amazing result, although I too now need a mattress protector 😵

Backoutthere · 19/06/2019 07:19

@hopelessbusiness lol at him seeing it as a challenge! What did you find worked?

OP posts:
NameChangeNemo · 19/06/2019 14:07

I'd recommend a dildo, too. I always squirt to some degree if DH fingers or penetrates me. I have to use a "sex towel" every time we DtD because there is always at least a small wet patch and I'm squeamish. I find that if I don't put a towel down I don't orgasm, as I lie there worrying about leaving a wet patch on the bed.

The only way I can orgasm on my own is with a dildo. Very rapid movements pretty much always cause the result you're looking for. That said, I don't think a wet patch means it felt better. DH and I have had some sessions where it's been incredible and I'm convinced the towel will be drenched, but it isn't. Have fun trying to make it happen, but don't feel you're missing out of it doesn't.

alteclansing · 19/06/2019 14:43

My wife squirts when she has a particularly powerful orgasm, or more accurately, gushes. For her the two are linked. I haven't found anything specific that triggers it. It happens when it happens.

She hasn't always done it and reckons she would have been grossed out when she was younger.

My wife is the same.

Backoutthere · 20/06/2019 14:01

I did it!! I'm amazed!!
It didn't feel any different really to normal orgasms...but I can do it!!

No toys involved, took me maybe 5 mini orgasms to build up but ....I did it!
May be a silly thing to be pleased about...but I'm chuffed 🙃

Yay! Well done you 😁😁

Haha thanks @hopelessbusiness
Had a silly grin on my face since 😁

Speaking from the male perspective I had a female partner who could squirt virtually on request. By that I mean every time we had sex, either orally, fingers, PIV etc and although it was a novelty to begin with it actually became a bore (practically) as a towel was nowhere enough to contain it and when searching out a dry spot after the vent and had to change sheets most mornings. Like most things, be careful what you wish for.

Backoutthere · 20/06/2019 21:57

Yes I can imagine @mm40
I don't think I'm quite at that stage yet Blush

@back - enjoy it while you can, I don't mean to take any enjoyment out of it, she loved it and so did I - but away in hotels, holidays homes that were owned by friends/family etc, it got a bit tedious.....

But that aside it was really fun :-)

xpc316e · 21/06/2019 08:35

I had a sexual partner many moons ago who was an incredible squirter. We used to have endless fun bringing her off with a dildo, but she could only squirt if the dildo was removed at the point of orgasm. If it was held in her, then there was nothing.

I remember one occasion on which, despite towels being used, the sofa got soaked - happy days.

RadishesAndLentils · 21/06/2019 22:23

But it's just pee, isn't it? We don't have anywhere in our bodies to store quantities of sexual fluids.

Backoutthere · 22/06/2019 06:35

I'm not sure @radishesandlentils it's clear and doesn't smell like pee...maybe someone else will have some input Blush

Somebody did a proper study that included scans of the bladder before and after. The conclusion was that small quantities are probably secreted from glands within the vagina. Large volumes of liquid typical of squirting are almost certainly urine.

The study is available online if you do a search.
