Pain in middle the morning after sex

Has anyone experienced this before?

Partner is on the larger size but not really had any problems before.

This morning I feel kind of bruised on the inside around my stomach area. Is this something I should be worried about?

Hi, I used to get this occasionally and saw a doctor. My partner at the time was quite big and the doctor said that I probably had bruised ovaries. I certainly felt internally bruised. Sex wasn't that vigorous, but clearly vigorous enough. I wouldn't worry too much, but maybe tell him to be a bit gentler.
