Two part orgasm- any one know about this?

Since last two children were born my orgasms have been in two parts: first full body and then a more pelvic floor concentrated part. There’s a pause between the two and they’re both equally intense. It’s not a problem, I was just wondering if there’s a name for the two parts/ different phases of orgasm? Any ideas?

I didn't notice a change like that, only that I found orgasms could continue a lot longer than before...don't know why but happy about it

I had this after having DS. I wish I could still get there but lately it hasn't worked :(

I've had this recently. I've no idea why tbh. Other then nutritional changes and exercising.
