About six months ago my dh read an article about how female squirting during sex is pee. He was quite upset, and it has caused a lot of drama. We stopped having sex for a while, then tried it again only to have another incident. He has now told me not to finish, so to speak.

I have said either get over it, or don't have sex. Is he being unreasonable?

It may have urine in it but its not just urine

Doesn't matter

He is unreasonable to expect her to spend the next however many years not orgasaming

MyBrexitIsIll · 20/11/2018 09:01

The issue here for anyone to ask their partner to not have an orgasm when having sex.
That would be denying that partner the pleasure and release coming form having sex. And seriously who would do that? Would this man be happy to have sex and never ejaculate or orgasm? I doubt so. Actually I suspect he would say that he can’t help it.

He will have to get over it. Either he is accepting the squirting or he is not having sex.

Helmetbymidnight · 20/11/2018 09:04

There is something wrong with him - and anyone who agrees with him...

I wouldn't have sex with someone that stupid.

NoItReallyIsnt · 20/11/2018 09:04

Name changed.

Squirting IS NOT pee.

This is TMI but peiple saying it's piss is annoying the shit out of me. I squirt sometimes. I was worried ai was pissing myself so one time I did it myself onto a reflective surface to see. My ejaculate was a watery clearish liquid with a white tinge. I also smelled it. It was sweet and nothing like pee (I have strong pee too)
It 100% was nothing like pee.

Women in porn piss. Some women do ejaculate.

ResistanceIsNecessary · 20/11/2018 09:09

NotIt I remember reading an article years ago about this very subject. Think it was Cosmo or Marie Claire. The author had drunk a blue dye to colour her urine. She masturbated to a climax and ejaculated on the sheets - very faint blue tinge to it. She then urinated and it was a dark blue colour.

PhilODox · 20/11/2018 09:10

I cannot believe I'm commenting on this Hmm but hannahmates you state:
Females do not ejaculate and then go on to quote a study (from??) stating:
[ejaculate] was present in samples for two participants Confused

I mean, which is it? You've contradicted your first assertion with your second...

NoItReallyIsnt · 20/11/2018 09:12

I also don't do it every time. It has to be at a very specific angle of penetration alongside an intense orgasm.

Weenurse · 20/11/2018 09:25

Urine is sterile (for the most part, unless UTI) . Even if ejaculate is urine, ITIS STERILE!

00100001 · 20/11/2018 09:25

Oh wow, tell him to have a wank on his own.
Buy yourself a vibrator and merrily use it without him.

What a tosser.

Tinty · 20/11/2018 09:27

Personally I would tell him to Pee off if he ever asked to have sex with you again!

Branleuse · 20/11/2018 09:50

i wouldnt want to have sex with someone that squeamish that they couldnt handle some female bodily fluids during sex

Justaboy · 20/11/2018 09:52

Well over time i have had a few female partners who have got very very wet which is quite normal, but a few have gushed and i'm certian it's not just pee. I have witnessed some who do pee in the heat of the moment but this other fluid very much like another poster has discribed, sweet and sickley, well that what it tasted like;!

It is usually accompanied by a very powerfull Orgasm. Who is this wierdo who dosent want to pleasure his partner like that?. Bizzare!

Nothing better than sex where your woman is really enjoying herself!

HebeMumsnet · 20/11/2018 10:06

Morning, folks. We've moved this over to the sex topic now.

SimplySteve · 20/11/2018 10:28

Yeah, exactly that Justaboy. Can also verify the taste!

Balaboosteh · 20/11/2018 11:17

That research - ideologically driven and just incorrect. Without orgasm, certain sexual manoeuvres cause me to lose up to a litre in fluid. It isn’t pee. It really isn’t. The first wave is, as another poster observed, a clear liquid with a white tinge. The second wave is clear. When it dries on the sheets it barely stains and - pay attention - it DOES NOT SMELL OF PEE.

How can people get so irate about wolf-whistling and not bat an eye at an ideologically-driven, deeply misogynist abuse of “science”? There is so much we don’t know about the mechanisms of female sexuality - FFs the shape of the clitoris only began to be understood in the 1990s!

Wherearemymarbles · 20/11/2018 11:31

Ok, if you squirt 100ml where has it been stored?
I mean measure out 100ml. You body cant store that in tissue and ejaculate it. semen is only 5-7 ml

What could happen is that stimulation acts as a diuretic so the kidneys extract much This will make urine far paler and odourless. Your kidneys can fill your bladder very very quickly.

Small amounts, 5ml or so fair enough.

SimplySteve · 20/11/2018 12:10

The ejaculate contains prostate-specific androgen. Piss does not. Squirting occurs when the g-spot or another spot further back on the top vaginal wall is strongly stimulated in a certain manner. Coincidentally, the Skene's glands are packed in this area. The stimulation causes production of the fluid within them, and ejection via the urethra (hence traces of pee). As for amounts, I've seen small and large, not that I've ever measured... Also interesting is that women have no refractory period following ejaculation and can do it many subsequent times.

Lovemusic33 · 20/11/2018 14:54

Doesn’t matter what is in female ejaculation, he’s being a twat. A lot of men look find it a real turn on, if he doesn’t like it then tell him you will find someone who does. Who cares if it contains piss or not.

Branleuse · 20/11/2018 15:08

whatever is in it, if its part of your orgasm, then the chemical composition of it matters very little. If he is disgusted by you and your orgasm, then he has no business having sex with you.
If hes asking you to stop having an orgasm, then there seems very little point to having sex at all

SimplySteve · 20/11/2018 16:30

Back to the original post, my skin crawled at him telling her not to orgasm. It's ridiculous. Orgasm is an involuntary body action that there is no control over. How exactly does he want her to do this. I'm thinking the request for anal will be in soon, so he can get off whilst avoiding the "disgusting" female orgasm. I wonder if there are other sexual issues, or other concerns in the relationship. The man appears to think he can control things.

I also don't get his disgust. When DP squirts she has her most powerful orgasms. I find it incredulous this man seemingly isn't interested in his partner experiencing sexual pleasure. Lots and lots of men would be crowing about it.

Oh, and it does matter what's in female ejaculate when it hits you in the face at 90mph Wink

StressedGuy · 20/11/2018 19:05

He should be glad you a) orgasm at all and b) want to have regular sex with him. For many, both those factors remain a challenge and would be considered a luxury 'problem' to have.

ElektraLOL · 20/11/2018 19:10

He's got a cheek. It's ok for you to deal with his bodily fluids but he can't cope with yours? Dickhead

SimplySteve · 20/11/2018 19:50

It's Christmas soon. OP should buy him a Tenga egg. Very cheap and he can have his fun fucking silicone. Not that I have any experience of them, oh no, not me..
