Why I don't like "from behind" positions. Am I mad?

OK...

I always try to avoid doggy-style or any position where he's behind me looking at my ass.

Because...I am just so uncomfortable having my bumhole on display.

Is that really stupid?

In short the answer is 'Yes'. My advice is to throw caution to the winds and enjoy any and every aspect of sex without worrying whether he is looking at your rusty bullet-hole.

It's not stupid at all, it's really natural to feel self-conscious about intimate areas.

That's not to say it's particularly well-founded. I mean men you're likely to have sex with would usually be so bloody happy to be doing so they're unlikely to be perturbed by an anatomical feature that they fully expect to be back there anyway!

Have you tried him doing it from behind with you flat on your front? Less spreading involved

Unless you have a particularly hairy bumhole or a bad case of piles I wouldn't worry. Looking a nice bumhole is one of the joys of 'coming from behind'. He will be more than happy that he's in that position anyway to worry about how your a-hole is looking!

Doggy style is the sexiest position for many blokes partly because of the view, which is beautiful. Don't worry!

Sex on its own is the most intimate of all acts there is so I really wouldn't worry about him seeing a part of your anatomy which we all have. He probably won't even be looking (unless he likes it!!)

I love doggy style and find it less intimate than positions where you are face to face.

Alternative blokes point of view - I like from behind - it's fun, adds variety and is a little more energetic than some other positions, however, it can feel remote and distant, sometimes breaking the emotional connection, especially if you are both a quiet couple with very little if any noise - a few minutes of quiet/silent 'doggy' gets boring real quick.

Elephant into the room moment - I don't really like looking at a woman's anus - does nothing for me. Also, unless a woman has showered recently prior to sex, there's more chance of bum smells wafting up, which I find really off putting,

I had a girlfriend once that adored doggy as it said it made her feel really rude and sexy, the girlfriend after that admitted (eventually) that she didn't car for it that much and only did it for my benefit so I think it really is personal preference.

Lying on your side with your back to your guy and then him entering you is mucho erotica. Also leaves hands free for other erogenous zones.

I used to love doggy, but since having three lots of surgery on my not-so-perfect bumhole, I’m super self conscious about it. Not sure what the problem is, if your saying you don't enjoy that position then its totally your choice and people have all sorts of views on all manner of sexual activity
