I'm interested to know are there any women out there whose OH is happy to give oral sex despite having hair down there or do these guys not exist? And if yes how much hair do you have? I trim but rarely shave as it causes pain. My DH will only do it (although rarely) if it's recently trimmed or else peels the labia back with his hands which really spoils it for me and makes me feel unsexy! I don't think it feels any different to me with or without hair but just wish he'd do it more as it's my most favourite thing in the world and I regularly give him oral.

Have you told him you wished he'd do it more? I don't think you should give to return, but get why you're frustrated. Maybe try withholding the giving and see what he says then!

He knows I love it but I don't want him to do it unless he actually wants to so I guess it's just one of those frustrating things. I also think I'm way more eager to please him than he is me!

Yeah, tons of men are more than happy with hair. Almost all of them, I'd say. Mostly I just stick with the ones who know they're damn lucky to be down there in the first place!

I have been down on women with and without pubic hair, but prefer a shaved, or trimmed vulva. I understand your issues with shaving, but is there a problem for you in having a well-tended lady garden?

i have never not given oral because the woman was hairy. Hell im old and crew up in the days when NOONE was shaved/waxed

I certainly wouldn’t dent oral to a woman with natural hair, but I do prefer it if it is trimmed and best if fully waxed or shaved. I think most women appreciate a bit of manscaping as well.

You don’t have to remove your hair if you don’t want to. However, it’s also not right for you to make him do something he doesn’t want to do.

However saying that, I wouldn’t let him down there if I was hairy. Even if there’s stubble it doesn’t feel quite the same. But then I don’t get hairy as I shave

It’s okay for him to have preferences. It’s okay for him to say no because he doesn’t like a mouthful of hair.

It doesn’t seem as if he expects you to shave which is the main thing here.

I love going down on my boyfriend, he trims but I imagine if I was getting a mouthful of hair each time I wouldn’t want to go down on him either.

It is interesting the posts about how many men like or don't mind hair down below. I commented recently on another thread about a boozy girlie night I was on a while ago and we had a straw poll about being fully waxed or shaved and 80%of us were. The remainder were well groomed and all said their husbands or DP preferred bare when they were being honest.

Yep sure there are some men who do like a full bush but doesn't seem as prevalent as seems on this thread. My DP loves that I am waxed and I love he finds it so erotic although maybe I would feel upset if he stopped doing things if I couldn't wax or shave like one Op said they couldn't

I guess the old story that either party should only do what they are wanting or willing to but then it is the prerogative of the other to do the same !

I am pretty sure its a generation thing. I started being sexually active c1984.
The 1st time i slept with someone who was waxed was when my wife had a brazilian c2000. So it really doesnt bother me. A bit of variety is fun so an occasional brazilian is quite elsexy, though it doesnt make sex any better for my wife.

I keep mine trimmed because I find it to be itchy and uncomfortable. DH certainly prefers it to be tidier but wouldn't make a fuss if it wasn't.

I didn’t shave down there until my 50s. Prior to that no partner ever complained and always returned for more. It’s what you get use too. Many moons ago some of us didn’t even tidy up down there apart from the holiday trim.

Think it should be something you discuss with him about it, your not comfortable shaving and hes not comfortable dtd with hair so you need to find a balance. I couldnt cope not recieving any 😂

All of my (non-casual) partners have been happy to go down on me whether shaved or not. However from my point of view, oral sex is totally pointless with a full bush - they might as well be covering my vulva with a sports sock and then licking me through it.

I am VERY hairy though, i grow everywhere including from the mucous membranes.

I certainly find it more pleasant to go down on a guy who has removed the hair from his ballsack than otherwise.

I much prefer fully waxed for myself. DH says manscaping improves his sensitivity but judging by the men in the gym changing room this hasn't caught on

My observations of the men’s changing rooms are that most younger men (20s and 30s) tend to manscape to degree. Some a just what looks like a trim and others are fully shaved/waxed.

I prefer not to study men's privates in the changing rooms at the swimming pool/spa, but at nudist beaches and a recent trip to a nudist spa in Amsterdam, one can't help but notice, and I would agree a lot of men (of all ages) are manscaping or even going Hollywood. I do shaft & sac but I'm not sure how a Hollywood would look unless all the hair - legs, chest and arms were also done (I don't have a rug on my chest but there is slightly more than bumfluff)
