I've been having sex with myself for three years or so and its getting a bit boring. Any other positions to try other than lying on my back ?

Update. I fell asleep this afternoon, for about four hours, laying on my wanking arm, with some heavy weights for more effect. I woke, went for a walk in the snow and it fell off.
