Pain during sex when I'm on top...? Worried

I haven't been very sexually active in a while, until recently. Everything seemed great but last night we were being a bit rough and I was on top, I started to feel a really deep pain inside and had to stop. The pain has sort of lingered all day today. I haven't got any symptoms of infection or bleeding, and I just finished my period a few days ago. This hasn't happened before in other positions. Has anyone else experienced this?

Still can't have sex in this position. I have endometriosis and believe that's the cause in my case.

It could be his penis hitting your cervix. I've had the same problem before, it can be very painful. We have to be careful not to go too deep in a couple of positions.
