Under bed cuffs

Does anyone use these? Do you keep them in place all of the time or just set them up when you plan to use them?

Yes, we've used these. We left the straps on under the mattress (easy to tuck away) and just clipped the cuffs on for active use.

We haven't used them yet-forgot the cuffs unclipped! Thank you.
