Fisting

I know it's a slightly contentious subject on here, but something I enjoy, so if we could skip past the "but why? How could anyone enjoy that?" posts...

As I say, I enjoy fisting, vaginal only. We have tried it quite a few times, only enjoyment and pleasant pain, not proper pain. Today was maybe a bit rougher than before, slightly painful during the act, but still mainly enjoyable. For the past few hours though, I've had an unpleasant aching, not vaginal, more like afterbirth pains if anything. No bleeding and nothing that would hugely concern me, but could anyone who's tried this more than a few times tell me if this is something to be concerned about, or simply a hazard of the activity and to forget about it?

Probably bruising I would think.

Maybe worth a trip to the gp? They won't be judgemental Just to check you haven't been a bit too rough thus time or over done it, and maybe discus, ahem, how rough is too rough...

I'd say bruising too. Have you any Epsom salts or tea tree you could add to your bath?

Think I have some Epsom salts, that sounds like a good idea. I could try the GP, but it'd be about 6 weeks for an appointment, as I don't feel I could class this as an emergency. I'd feel a bit odd going in just to ask about how rough is too rough. Like u should be wearing a trench coat, with nothing else and rubbing my thighs or something.

Salt bath and ibuprofen for the bruising. I've been bruised from normal piv before, not fisting, definitely not my thing.

I'm not criticising but I actually don't under how this works, my DH hand is bigger than my babies head was and my baby was huge... how the fuck does it fit? Or does it not mean what I have always naively assumed it does?

Essentially, slowly dragonwarrior, but otherwise I'd guess pretty much exactly what you assumed. 2 fingers, 3 fingers, all fingers, then thumb too. Then slowly pushing further information until the entire hand is in. Clench and unclench fist, rotate hand and so forth. The issue was just that it was a bit too, err, vigorous I think.

Whole hand, going slowly in to a fist shape. To overshare even more, I'd say it actually hurts slightly more as all 5 digigits , but past knuckles, than it does as an actual fist. All better now, the Epsom salts were a good idea.

Wasn't there someone on here recently saying that they had bruised their cervix, and that was causing similar aching? Perhaps it got knocked during?

You've probably just overstretched the muscles in there slightly... warm bath and ibruprofen. I'm a fan of the ocassional vigorous fisting and I have to say it's worked wonders for my pelvic floor... far better than Keegels ever did.

youve probably torn yourself or bruised yourself a bit. Its to be expected. Be aware that however good and intense, you can actually damage your pelvic floor if you do this a lot
