Hey, I'm super embarrassed because I wet myself during sex with my long term boyfriend. Thankfully he was very understanding and hugged me untill I eventually stopped crying and apologising 😂 Im concerned too because I'd literally gone to the toilet an hour before, hadn't drank anything since and didn't even feel the slightlest need to go to the toilet 😥I'm 30 weeks pregnant with my first baby so I have no idea if this is Normal or if something is really wrong with me😔 (It was definetly not my waters breaking btw as it sadly smelt like urine too)

I would go to the hospital to be absolutely sure it wasn't your waters. Mainly based on the fact that you didn't feel the need to go. I ALWAYS feel the need to pee. Permanent sensation of full bladder even when it's not.

Don't stress about it (if it was just wee)! I managed to wet myself during my sleep when I was pregnant. I was so embarrassed I didn't wake my partner and stayed on soggy towels for the rest of the night. My DP told me off the next morning! Pregnancy is NOT glamorous.

I pooed during labour and my midwife cleaned me as my dh watched. The stench was nostril hair burning. Probably worse than weeing during sex.

Have you been checked to make sure it wasn't your waters?

Are you sure you wet yourself, and you didn't squirt (female ejaculate) instead?

There can be an awful lot of it, and it can have a strong urine smell too.

Agree with Argeles that you could have squirted? Apparently you can squirt up to a glass full!
