Mid 30s, 1 dc under five, married 15 yrs. DH's drive always been a lot lower than mine and things have always been my instigation, but this has dropped even further. He's also very 'vanilla'. I've only ever been with him.

Had a period of wobbly MH (PND) and my meds dropped my libido. It's back, but seem to have forgotten how to 'do it' and get something started. He'll never suggest anything and naughty undies and Cosmo tricks have never worked.

It's been MONTHS. Hint dropping and flirtiness isn't doing it. Neither is outright request (as then I don't feel in the slightest bit randy). Any ideas???

Has your husband had his testosterone levels checked? If they are low, his sex drive will be nonexistent.

It was low about a decade ago when he had it checked and he had some jabs, but its difference was marginal. I might nag him to get it checked/dealt with again...

Mine is awful too. Mid 30-s, only one partner (husband), mother...used to be very active and wanting but now lacking somewhat. I blame other things in my life, being busy with my own activities which make me tired and distracted.

I find erotic fiction can help, it used to anyway. Nowadays I listen to some of the hypnosis/meditation offerings that can boost sex drive and libido, or just plan turn me on! Look them up on YouTube and be careful what you select.

It was low a DECADE ago?! Trust me, it's only gone downhill like a freight train since then. Living without sex would be intolerable for me. Try to get this sorted.
