Getting into the BDSM community / finding a Dom- any advice?

I've NC for this but been a MNer for several years.

I've had a light sub/Dom dynamic with a few partners over the years but have now reached a point where I'd like to find a way into the BDSM community and connect with a Dom who knows what he's doing and could show me the (proverbial) ropes. Does anybody have any suggestions for how to go about it? I've joined FL but the whole thing is so vast I don't really know where to begin! Any advice would be most appreciated.

Start with your local 'munch' on FL if you are brave enough. Go talk to some people about what you want and the best way to find it in your area and how to stay safe. Have fun 🙂

Have a look for people in your area .

If you go on your stream on FL, there's a tab on the left hand top that says Events. Go on that and select Near me. That's bring up a list of everything in your area. Many munches offer a meet and greet for first timers.
