So OH and I were upstairs, this is a rare day in which we are both off, no kids in, so we thought that we would just have a little "alone time". Anyway...right in the middle, all we hear is "HELLOOOOO EASTIE" our neighbour had just popped in... now I'm sitting here completely frustrated and absolutely furious at life

It was unlocked, but closed if you get me? We live in a quiet, rural village with little to no people, like the only reason you would come here is if you live here! 😂

I just shouted down that I was having a nap...I scrambled to get dressed and by the time I went down she was gone, the moment had passed 😭

You have my sympathy OP. My DP and I once indulged in a spot of afternoon fun (before kids ruined the peace) and walked downstairs to find my in laws sitting on the sofa having let themselves in . Unfortunately this always comes to mind if similar opportunities arise and it's more than a little off putting. I can't believe they actually just sat there waiting. The house was quiet and they must have heard everything .
