The difference between making love and having sex?

I don't see a huge difference tbh.
Me and dh make love and have sex, kinky sex, quickie sex,all night making love.
You can have more than one type of sex and love with the same person.

We mostly call it riding but I think making love is when oxytocin is released and fucking is when dopamine is released and the best of all is when both chemicals are released I think that's when you ride someone you love.
