Anyone had pain when having orgasm?

DH and I were having sex and when I had an orgasm there was a pulling pain in the very front of my lower abdomin. I have never had pain while having sex, so it was really odd. I thought maybe it was pains from ovulation or something. But then we had sex a few days ago and the pain was there again, and this morning too!! I'm worried every time I have an orgasm I'm going to have this pain? Sex doesn't hurt in itself, it's just the orgasming bit.

I have felt a pain similar to this (not exactly the same though) when I developed an infection after having my DD, but the pain was when I was peeing. The pain was in the same bodily area if you know what I mean.

I have googled this and some describe it as feeling like the uterus is contracting and I think that's a good description. Had anyone else ever experienced this?? I am 29, with two children, never had any problems conceiving, no bleeding except when on my period... I'm a bit worried because why has it started?? 😕 I will go to the GP this week when it all reopens.

I have had that when it is near time for my period being due as in within a day or two.

The only time I've ever had pain during orgasm was in the early stages of pregnancy with DD1. Any chance you could be pg OP?

In pregnancy, yes.

I have the implant so pretty sure I'm not pregnant, but I could grab a test I guess just in case. It's so odd how its just out the blue. If I am pregnant it didn't happen with my other pregnancies 🤔. I have also read about emdemitriosos (spelling??) but can that just develop? I've never been diagnosed before. I know I shouldn't google! X

I get this sporadically - when it happens I go from enjoying myself to tears within a few seconds. I do have an endometriosis diagnosis. I feel for you, it's horrible.

Have you always had it or did it develop? I might ring the docs now for an appointment later in the week. It's only been a week though - should I see if it goes off before making an appointment? X

Haven't always had it and don't get it every time but I wouldn't wait to see if it goes away if you suspect endo.

I've had this when my B12 levels were very low. After numb tingling sensations in fingers toes and face it was the thing that finally made me realise something was up. If I get it again I know that taking high strength sublingual B12 will help. Have you had any bloods done recently, are you a veggie or anaemia?

I also had it only in early pregnancy - believe it is not uncommon?
