Benwa/kegel balls

Has anyone used Benwa balls? I am curious to try but terrified of them getting lost-ouch. Also, tmi so sorry, i'm actually pretty tight down there. Even my husband fella is a bit of a struggle after almost ten years of sex and a DC. Can anyone recommend for beginners? Ta

What do you want to use them for?
I have a set that I use to give my pelvic floor a workout and they are pretty good for that. I put them in when I am going to do a workout so I have to work hard! The ones I have aren't BenWa, I wanted heavier than that so I think they are from the 50 shades range at Lovehoney.

They won't get lost - there's nowhere for them to go!

I don't have any pelvic floor problems - I just want to keep it that way!
