I've noticed this happen now the past 4 or 5 time after me and my dh dtd. It's always a day or two after, n just a bit watery. Only lasts about a day. Is this normal? Confused

I wouldn't like to say just because I don't know enough about it but I do know there can be many causes, like a bruised cervix (from DTD a little to hard IYSWIM) it can also occur during the menopause (I think Confused) and for many other reasons. If I was you I'd make a doctors appointment just to be on the safe side but it's likely something really simple so don't worry in the meantime! It happened to me once and it was just my period so could be your DTD a few days before your due on or a few days afterwards and it's bringing things along or emptying the remains IYKWIM

This happens to me and it's caused by cervical erosion. I first had it when I was pregnant but still suffer with it on and off. I have been told I could have laser surgery to try and fix it but at the moment I just put up with it.

Could be something benign like cervical erosion but could be due to infection or (rarely) cancer or even pregnancy - best to pop to dr

It was the first sign of pregnancy for me with all four of my dc.

Definitely see your GP.

Please don't ignore it. The chances are that it is nothing to worry about but bleeding after sex is one of the symptoms to look out for for cervical cancer.

I had bleeding. It was light, watery, fairly dark in colour and only lasted a few hours or so. I mentioned it to the Dr in passing when I saw her for something else, she referred me to the gynae, they did a smear and then a colposcopy, they said it was more than likely going to be cin III but it actually turned out to be the very early stages of cervical cancer and that if I'd have left it much longer I was looking at, at best, a hysterectomy because it was so aggressive (I'd only had a clear smear the year before). Because that caught it early, all I needed was a cone biopsy and I went on to have two children and no more problems.

Please don't ignore it.

When I was younger I suffered from this. Went to the nurse and she said she called bleeding after sex 'chlamydia until proven innocent' - she was right (in my case) Hmm
Best get in checked out but Ido hope its nothing sinister Flowers
