I had a long practically sexless marriage, and more or less gave up on all things sexual - thought I'd come to terms with never having sex again.
Marriage is over now, and I've been seeing someone for almost a year who has shown me what I've been missing - I really can't believe I've come to this so relatively late in life. I never really orgasmed when married, so it's been a wonderful learning curve. But I find when I'm approaching orgasm I almost clench or tense up. Is that normal? I do orgasm but it's over relatively quickly and I feel that I could feel it more intensely if I could just let go somehow.
I've been experimenting with a vibrator (God how times have changed!) and trying to let go, but I seem to have the same reaction there. Is this how it is for most people or is there something I can do to teach myself to let go?
Thank you in advance.
