Sex or lack of it

DS came along as a surprise and in a traumatic way too 7 months ago. Since his arrival my DH hasn't shown interest in sex with me.
We have had sex but it's not regular and only as a result of my nagging him for it!
Today we had the house to ourselves and the baby was asleep, I offered up afternoon sex and he completely turned me down.
Feeling completely unwanted and like we are just plodding along, is this normal for new first time parents? Or am I doing something wrong?

I would suggest a frank discussion, calmly wothout emotions.
He could be worried about hurting you, he could be tired, he could be depressed, stressed, or any other of a million reasons.

Get away from the bedroom and talk to him.

He has told me he is stressed due to work, and I have been supportive and taken even more of the load at home. We need to make more time for each other too!

Do you think he is consciously or unconsciously afraid that another surprise could happen or is he maybe traumatised by the birth? A discussion is needed I think.
