Feeling a bit loose?

Okay so, long story short I have been with my
Partner for 10 years, we have had two girls one was 7 lbs 13 and the other was 9 lbs 7, inbetween my two girls we experimented with large dildos which I regret.
Lately especially after my second girl I feel extremely loose.
My partner says it makes no difference to him but me in my own body I feel like I do not satisfy him. Most the time
It takes him over an hour to finish.
My question is, is there anything I can do about this? Do I need to see a doctor and if I do can they do anything? I've tried pelvic floor exercises and kegal balls but they don't seem to be helping
Any comments appreciated!
Xx

I have a kegel8 ultra. Definitley worth the money.

You can get electrical stimulation therapy if kegal exercises aren't doing enough.

Have you tried kegal squeezes whilst he's inside you?

Maybe he just takes a long time to come, and it's not you.

Does he finish quicker through other methods?
