DH cums too quickly

Does anyone have any advice on how to stop DH cumming so quickly? He sometimes cums before he is in! I avoid any foreplay on him but it doesn't help. I love giving BJs but they are out of the question because 20 seconds in he is done. It's pretty irritating but after 10 years together he is actually getting quicker

Maybe get him to see the GP to see if they can find out if there is a medical reason behind his premature ejaculation or if they can recommend any medication that can delay it?

Is there anything they can do? I'm not sure how to bring the subject up with DH because we don't really talk about things. If there is a chance of getting it sorted though it would be amazing.

Citalopram and sertraline can sort this out.

Would it help if he were to ejaculate maybe an hour or so before you get down to business?

He can go again about 10 min after and he doesn't last much longer then. He can even go a 3rd time but we are talking another 10 min wait and the 2 min before he goes! It's just a lot of waiting about

He needs to de sensitise himself. Loads on line about this.

Although I have to say that the dots/ribs on these particular ones don't do anything for me. Durex used to do non ribbed ones with benzocain in them and I preferred those - but I can't find them anymore - maybe you could find online.

I had this problem with an ex. We both generally used to orgasm twice/three times either by oral, or whatever really, before penetration. It didn't feel like "waiting around" as he would work on me while he 'recharged'. You can also get sprays (only use with a condom otherwise it will numb you too!) and condoms specially designed to help with this issue.
