Vaginal stitch?

I had number 3 in January. Since then I pretty much can't feel my husband's penis and tampons fall out. Has anyone considered or had a stitch or some tightening procedure done??

Wouldn't you prefer to try tightening exercises first perhaps? Like the Kegel exercises, or I also believe there are weights available for this too.

Definitely worth a trip to the GP though op.

I think they'd recommend you do exercises first, you can get referred to women's health physio team at hospital who can provide more tailored help and ideas-I saw them after 3rd degree tear with first dc. Unless you think you've got a prolapse (where the muscle is completely weak and the wall of your bowels is pushing into the space) worth having nurses/doc appt and discussing your worries, they can check and tell you. I completely sympathise, I'm the same but persevering with the exercises. I found I'm shit at doing proper kegel ones but if I'm doing other exercise I'll 'lift and hold' automatically. Good luck
