Do you get orgasmic aftershocks?

Just wondering if this is normal. I seem to get what I can only describe as orgasmic aftershocks after the main event. Sometimes my DH has gone to the bathroom and returned and I'm still experiencing them.
Does anyone else get this? It puzzles me as they can be quite intense and take a while to go. I'm not complaining lol, just wondering how common it is.

No but I get this weird shaking, like when you lay on a nerve. Only if I've had a few of its been particularly intense though, it can last ages and is annoying when you're trying to have a cuddle.

Yes I do. It never even occurred to me that everyone didn't experience this.

I get weird mid-abdomen convulsions/twitch type things Blush

Yes I do, and sometimes later when I think about some intimate act I've done with my lovely DP I get it like an imprint.

Today after two orgasms in approx 15 mins I got a massive blinding headache. Maybe I didn't leave enough time for the blood to recirculate.

I thought it was only guys that were told they'd go blind. But it really felt like it.

yes! In my feet of all places! The soles of my feet sort of convulse several times afterwards, then gradually subside. Anyone else get it in their feet? (I bet not - I suspect I'm a weirdo).

Nice to know I'm not alone then, we all seem similar in different ways Wink

Yes! DP thinks it's hilarious sometimes. Another who didn't realise it didn't happen to everyone Blush

Philoslothy · 18/06/2016 19:36

Yes, I actually shake. I could never fake an orgasn as I would need to fake the spasms too!

HippyPottyMouth · 18/06/2016 19:37

I haven't for years, but occasionally have had this.

OhGoToSleepPlease · 18/06/2016 19:37

Not in my feet though. Sorry Reddish Grin

Yes! I always have. One of the things I assumed was normal for everyone until I read this thread. Every day is an education on MN. Smile

Missyaggravation · 18/06/2016 19:39

I think sometimes I tense up towards the build up, so it's kind of like a cramp.

My calves tense up massively if I have my legs in the air!!!! GrinBlush
