So me and dh are off away for 2 nights next week, leaving ds for the first time.
We hardly ever get any one on one time due to children plus irregular shift patterns so I jumped at the chance!!
Now I seem so out of practice! What do I take? Any tips, ideas? What shall I take? Is it a bit much for scented candles, rose petals etc? I'm planning on full hog with lingerie, please help!

Get one of those massage oil candles.. You light them and then pour the hot wax/oil on each other and massage in :)

Hotel rooms usually forbid use of candles, FYI :( Actually I recently saw a post on a different forum talking about nearly setting fire to a hotel room carpet with a candle so perhaps it's for good reason!

I would probably want to take my favourite lingerie (just bra and knickers if you think stockings would be a bit of a cliche), any toys you normally use (or maybe used to before the DC!), a lotion that's nice but not floral scented to massage each other - just cocoa butter would do - and lots of lube

I generally take alcohol, lingerie a huge bag of dildos and a load of lube.
