Er... well I think for most people if you are doing something that sends a partner you are into stratospheric, it's a turn on for you too. Seriously pleasuring your partner is a normal turn on -provided of course that the activity is not an active turn off for you.

It's not that hard to see why someone who was a sub would be turned on by this in the abstract especially if seriously into watersports (not me I'd add).

Ive never had this done to me but i cant see why it would hurt? Might feel a bit full of pressured, probably like having sex with someone with a very large penis i suppose? I think the only real possible risk would be getting a uti or similar type of infection, or becoming irritated internally but i think youd probably be ok if you washed properly afterwards. It seems a bit strange but i dont think it would be painful and it doesnt seem degrading to me like other people have said.
