What STI can be passed on even with condom use and what are the symptoms for the male and female please? Daren't Google!

Comdoms vastly reduce, but do not eliminate, the risk of passing on STIs.

So the answer to your first question is 'any',.

Symptoms vary, from none at all (can be mild or symptomatic) to any change in the infected area.

If you are concerned about your health, to to a clinic and get tested.

If one partner gets all negatives does that mean the other will be clear too?

Thank you for replying.

Hi op

Some sti's can be passed by oral contact, regardless of condom use I think

OddSocksHighHeels · 05/04/2016 23:16

Not necessarily. One partner may have an STI and not have passed it on to the other (yet!). Also, not all STI's will show up straight away so it depends how recently you've had sex.

Goingtobeawesome · 06/04/2016 07:07

There was no oral sex and condoms were used all the time. No apparent symptoms with either party. Thank you.

Goingtobeawesome · 06/04/2016 07:20

You can definitely catch pubic lice with Condom use. You can also catch warts (if base of penis is not covered fully which is commonplace).

Under any circumstances people should be regularly checked anyway. Even when married. Things like herpes can lie dormant for years then resurrect themselves dyring times of stress and illness.
