-whilst dtd. I mean he gets soaked, his forehead drips on me, his back gets totally wet. Do you think he's healthy? Is the exertion too much. I worry about his blood pressure, he said it 'used' to be high. D'you reckon he's ok? It wasn't our most energetic session that got me thinking about this.

He should certainly get his BP checked.

My husband used to be like that.
...Just realising that's not very reassuring, as he passed away. (Not while DTD, thankfully.)

So, I suggest he goes to his doc to have his BP checked. If he says it "used to be" high then that might just mean he hasn't had it checked recently!

Does he sweat a lot at other times of exertion?

Some men do sweat a lot, I notice this as the gym doing spin, fit men sweat and some fit men don't sweat as much.

If you think though that he is physically unfit a check up with GP and a bit of exercise would be good.

I had a giant bf years ago (people would stop him in the street and ask to take pictures, he was really enormous), and he did this. He would have to change his t shirts three times a day, it was quite bizarre.

Was about 23 at the time and the doctor said it was something called hyperhidrosis (sp?) rather than a serious health issue

Is your DH generally fit and healthy? If you can rule out his BP, I would still suggest a GP appointment to look at diabetes, thyroid problems etc.
