Confidence needed....help

Hi...
I have been with my partner for a year and he is great....
I am so happy and it's all working out fine.
I just wish I could be more confident in the bedroom department.
I was married for a very long time before him and that department was terrible.
I lack so much confidence and hate my body.....
Anyway, I so want to try so I've bought some nice underwear but now I'm too scared....don't even know what to do once I've got it on.
Can I just point out that my partner hasnt asked me to do this and he never pressures me etc.
Please advice...

Which areas are you worried about specifically? Is it just the body confidence or is it things like taking the initiative? And does he know how you feel and have you been able to talk about it with him?

Sorry for all the questions!

All areas....I don't really know where to start and my body confidence is very low.
Yes he knows all of this and doesn't pressure me at all and compliments me all the time but it falls on deaf ears.
I've bought some new underwear for a romantic night we are having but not sure what to do apart from wear it. Lol

Take a photo of the underwear and send it to him.
Then put it on under your clothes for the romantic night and I dare say he'll help lead the way.

This may be a bit too late looking at the date, but I was going to suggest that you wear the underwear a couple of times for yourself and your own sexuality, under your normal clothes, before even wearing it in the context of having sex with your DP.
