Three network blocking over 18 websites

I recently switched from vodafone to three for the all you can eat data, I also cancelled my home internet and use my phone as a wifi hotspot use internet use on my laptop. It seems that three block certain websites....so I can't watch any porn, nor can I get onto the love honey website (after reading about it here I thought I'd take a look). I am on pay as you go and read online that you just have to take your passport in to a three store and they will remove the block. I did this two weeks ago, sites are still blocked. I will seem like a total perv if I go in again and ask for it to be removed, what should I do?!

blame the government they made all IP providers block any thing remotely adult, even searching for home brew on your phone is blocked until a credit card is supplied, odd since you provided all the details needed at time of signing contract to prove your an adult

I have found them very handy at sorting things out via twitter as they are some what useless in the call centre

If you're embarrassed, check a few websites for adults e.g. Betfred, they are probably blocked too, then go in and say "I still can't get on certain websites".

I was unable to access adult websites on 3. Via the app I was able to verify sone details and unblock this

I had a similar issue with O2, where they wanted credit card details to verify age, but i didnt have a credit card at the time.

In the end i just went into the shop and they verified my age in store and it unblocked access. The assistant did have a little smirk about it though when i asked about access to over 18 sites...

Thanks for the replies! I suppose I would need a twitter account to contact them via twitter, I never been on it before so don't actually know how it works! I could try the app, thanks didn't think of that! If needs be I will go into the shop again, maybe a different branch.....
