Is a condom really enough to prevent stis or if there anything more I can do?

Regular testing with a regular partner is about as safe as you can get I'd imagine.

Avoiding vaginal and anal intercourse altogether, using dental dams or similar for oral stimulation, using sex toys but ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned?
