Yup, that's a very effective position. I never used to like doggy style, but rocking together rather than pounding is also very effective....

I find any sort of 'grindy' sex works for me. On top, missionary, doggy, even spooning. But a good pounding works too!

I honestly don't think it matters how you orgasm as long as you are having good satisfying sex. I always orgasm, the thing that finally tips me over the edge really makes no difference.

The closer your clitoris is to your vaginal opening, the more likely you are to orgasm through PIV sex. Some women's are very close together, others are further apart.
Low down is close to the vagina, high up is further away.

I had one of those rings and yes it's stretchy. I didn't find the vibrations strong enough to orgasm though.

That one is stretchy, yes, quite nicely so. I haven't found others to do the trick but because that one is 1) big - all three ears are quite large and jelly-y and if one does not reach another will and 2) the bullet that comes with it is nice and strong for me, it was a winner.

It did make me jealous of all those with more conveniently located equipment though. I've always used my hand during sex before getting that!
