Anyone been to a swingers club? Whats it like? asking for a friend

Never been myself but i know some swingers who love it, i think they usually meet with the same people as they know theyve been tested etc

There was a whole thread about this a few weeks ago, not sure if it was in 'relationships', turned out there were quite a few people on here that are into it. Not something that interests me.

My DP has a mate who has been to a swinging club. He got talking to an old school friend on FB and she asked to meet up (he is single, she is married). Anyway, he went and the subject got on to sex and she said she and her partner were swingers and would he like to come to a club with them both and another couple. He did and apparently the two women gave him lots of attention while their husbands watched! Sounds a bit too much for me that one! Lol

Ok i probilly should name change for this but since none of you know me in person, me and my other half have dabbled in the swinging scene, was invited to a club with a couple we met a few times but we both felt that we wernt serious enough to go to a club.... btw wouldnt class ourselves as swingers we just experimented. :)

If your single, are you technically able to call yourself a swinger?

Oh I'm curious. I didn't know singles could swing..., isn't that just casual sex or is it different as people have met up for it intentionally?

Far too much curiosity. We're not into swinging but exploring the world of bdsm and I'm fascinated by the wealth of human sexual experience and variation.

I'm certainly not "heavy". I thought I was reasonably into it u til I saw what others were into! I haven't yet been to a bdsm club either (childcare ) but I'm very aware many are in open or poly relationships and play openly with others there. I wonder how that differs from a bdsm night at a singers place.

I need to lose some weight, get some childcare and investigate!

I'm more likely to investigate bdsm clubs/munches than singers clubs tbh as we're currently monogamous but I am fascinated by it all. Ivery just said I'm meeting friends for drinks on the few times I've met up with bdsm friends but I've not been in a play situation, just literally meeting up for drinks etc so it's not lying. ...

Have been to a club a couple of times many years ago, was interesting to see the power dynamics as the women there seemed to be very much in charge.
I also heard that it was not unusual for an initially reluctant woman partner to become very enthusiastic and for the male partner to feel quite put out; it does seem to be potentially very challenging to a relationship..take care.

I think my DP would be up for this. He has skirted around the edges by talking about it "I wonder what it would be like at a swingers club" and his fantasies that he shares with me, are often about watching me with another man! Is that a normal fantasy for a man? He gets me to describe what I would do with them etc and seems to really get off on it! I go along with it sometimes but seems a bit OTT to me. Let's see what his next move is!!
