This year it is quite common (IME) for admissions decision to be later than usual. This is because many courses are seeing big increases in number of applications and so they are waiting until all the applications are in. This allows them to be fair to all candidates (regardless of when they apply) at the same time as making sure they don't take too many students. Although the deadline has passed, not all the forms have made their way through the system yet.
