Algebra fractions..

how do I simplify???

the 3 and the 4 should be separate the 4 should be over the a-3

You need to multiply up - just the same as with normal fractions. So multiply the 3 by the (a-3) and the 4 by the (a+5) and put the whole lot over (a+5)(a-3)
