Harris Academy V's Deptford Green Secondary......really need help.

DS1 is due to start secondary in September. He has a place in the Harris Academy which I was not 100% happy with BUT if he wants to learn he will.

Now I am moving in 8 weeks time I am wondering whether to find him a school nearer me. The only school with Vacancies is Deptford green....

am confused what shall I do?

Then deptford Green may be a better option. I know a woman who has a 16 year son with Aspbergers at DG and she is very happy with it. She did even say that it was becoming a school of choice in that area.

Have you visited it? You can tell a lot by visiting. Is there any chance of a move to the new harris in east Dulwich?? will it be open this september?

I am going to visit it in the next few days hopefully. the east dulwich one is too far.
