Our subscription to Focus Magazine has just expired. We enjoy it, but I tend to find that if we get a periodical 'indefinitely' it stops being read after a while. So I thought we might have a change.

I did a survey about magazines at my secondary school last week and quite a few mentioned flipside. I hadn't heard of it, and when I saw the cover of the latest one I presumed it was a football magazine

DH is a member of the IET and he ordered it for the Dc's. First one came today and ds has been reading it on and off all day. Even ordered some of the novels recommended from the library.

I think ds's dream of having a parent who's a member of the IET! Both dh and I are pretty hopeless, especially wrt anything practical
