DD1 is singing all day today

or so she tells me. She has just started year 7 and joined the school choir - apparently they are having an all day singing workshop today with some external people - no lessons at all.
I think it's fantastic. She says the choir numbers about 40 children - out of a school of 1500, which I found a bit
Music provision at the school generally is pretty hopeless, so this is a great opportunity.

DId she carry on singing all night?

No, she is home now. She said it was fun, but very tiring. Normal lessons tomorrow may be a relief
