Does anyone have any thoughts on Hendon School? Would you recommend it?

One of only a handful of comprehensives nationwide to offer GCSE and A-Level Japanese if that’s any help. :-)

It probably depends on your priorities. Purely on academics, it would appear to be one of the lower performing schools in Barnet (though bear in mind you’ve got one of the densest ecosystems of strong schools in the country there).

It has good Ofsted reports and progress/attainment is around average for England. Given how disadvantaged its intake appears to be on average (over 40% on free school meals) that doesn’t seem too bad actually.
