Hi lovely people - looking to enrol my child in a couple of years. Looking for honest opinions from parents of children currently enrolled / past. Thank you x

I’m not a current parent, but we looked around Hoe Bridge and absolutely loved it. We ultimately chose a school in Guildford because we felt Guildford gave us better-established senior options.
I have a good friend with two daughters at Hoe Bridge who have been there since Reception and they’ve been really, really happy. For primary/prep it has been perfect for them.
They are, however, looking at moving for senior school. Their main reservations are that the balance is still quite heavily boys, and the senior school is very new, so there simply isn’t the track record yet that you get with the established Surrey senior schools.

We are current parents in the prep, and planning to stay.
Yes, the secondary is new - but the school has an excellent track record. They have high expectations of the children, yet are caring and look after the kids. We like that combination and haven’t really found another school that is academic and caring without a massive commute.
