BTEC Enterprise level 2 - explain these results please.

Can someone please interpret these results for me? DC has passed, that we understand, but neither of us are sure what their actual overall mark is!

I think he has an overall Pass 180/300 (as opposed to Merit or Distinction).
He got a Merit for one part, but the aggregated score is Pass.
