Anyone have any recommendations of language summer courses - looking for next summer.

Spanish for my then Y10 and German for my then Y12, ideally a week long one in July that's based in the relevant country.

With respect to Spain make sure it is Spanish not Catalan.
Years back my then going to y12 went with Enforex/Don Quixote to Salamanca. She did 3 weeks.

Consider travel / safeguarding. Will you be in the country nearby?

Look for one which isn't just 20 young people together in English having fun doing 4x45 min classes a day abroad.
We could do with a German course but haven't really found a course worth the money.

I've just booked DD a week long German summer school for DD with Did Deutsch Institut (DID), so I'll report back after summer. I found it quite hard to find a week long course - many do two weeks as a minimum. I had a look at quite a lot of schools and the reviews and decided on a smaller town and a homestay.

If you're not flying to the country with them, bear in mind that few airlines seem to offer unaccompanied minors services now (BA have stopped).

Thanks @snowgirl1 yes the German ones do seem to be longer. I'm not too worried about eldest as she'll be 17 but it's a good point re youngest - Spain one.
