Hi everyone,
We are very excited and a bit anxious to hear next Monday from the council about what secondary school my child will get!
We are in the catchment area for both, Heartlands and Highgate wood school
My children don’t have friends in the area since they wanted to finish their primary years in the school they started at, down in town. Not a problem at the moment since I drive them there and the child minder gets them back
Please share your views and experience about both schools? Values are Important to us of course as most families, do those school manage well issues with bullying, do they encourage academic success with balance, are the early teenagers generally nice or there is anything we should prepare for? Please share anything that you feel you wish you knew about those schools beforehand
