Wren or finchley

Hi guys I have an interview for both wren academy and Finchley catholic high school and I was wondering a couple of things

1. What were your experiences at either one of these schools
2. What being invited for an interview means in terms of your application

Do you mean, you have applied for a job at these schools (in which case, surely being interviewed is a required stage in the process of actually getting an offer)?

Or that you have applied for a place as a (?sixth form) pupil? In which case, interviewing applicants contravenes the Admissions Code.

State schools are permitted to invite applicants for a discussion as to the suitability of their requested course / subject choice vis à vis future plans etc, but cannot use these meetings as part of their decision making process. It must not be an 'interview' as in the job application sense and I would be very wary of any school which actually uses the word 'interview'.

As in i applied there for sixth from as a student
