I would love to hear any feedback about Lord Williams Secondary school in Thame.
We have a young son and are happily living in Thame currently. We are hoping to move to a larger house and are wondering whether to consider other locations for secondary school options such as the Aylesbury grammer schools and Waddesdon school. Many thanks ☺️

It’s large…

Spread over 2 sites.

Pro-active and communicative Head.

Last time I was there the building was in quite a bad state ie collapsed ceiling.

I've known people with kids there who have seemed to be happy with it. A note of caution about Waddesdon- the catchment is very small unless you are a church goer, though possibly growing as they offered to 3.09 miles for non church goers outside of catchment last year...https://www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk/schools-and-learning/schools-index/school-admissions/school-admissions-guides-policies-and-statistics/school-place-allocation-statistics/

Check school place allocation statistics for current or past years

Good morning,
I’m looking for recommendations for my son for primary and secondary schools. We are looking to move to Thame/ Aylesbury in the next year. Son 7 year old has some ASD traits. Is socially sometimes overwhelmed. Reading/ /maths a year behind his peers however is a May born child. Younger in his thinking too.
i am Hoping to find schools where he is supported and nurtured. He is sporty and excelling at cricket.
looking at options for independent schools for secondary as well but the right school is more important. Any advice or if anyone has had experience with schools that sounds like it would cater for us would be greatly appreciated !
