ISEB issues anyone?

My DD took ISEB pre-test last week and she had to face quite a few issues with the test not responding and even one case where the test hung. All ISEB said was the tests are designed to look through such technical issues so that wont have an impact on her score. I am just surprised and a bit upset at such a response from them. They don't realise such conditions can create unnecessary stress which might impact the child.
Sure in real life things go wrong and I get it that this is a "real world training" for my DD but just upset at ISEB for not acknowledging such technical issues cause the child's performance to deteriorate.
Should I also reach out to secondary schools she is applying for and highlight this issue?

Wondering if any one else had any such issues with ISEB and has any words of advice for an upset parent.

Thank you

Have you not rung her school?
Having worked in an independent prep school, I would expect your DD's school to be all over this and sorting it all out with ISEB. My school usually had make up days for any absentees (there was always at least one) so maybe she could have another try?

Also, there is a lot more to admissions than ISEB pre-tests so you could phone your preferred senior schools/where you applied and let them know that you've had issues and that ISEB is not being helpful. So they could note in her file that her scores might be adversely affected.

tbh her school has taken ISEB at its face value and seem to be confident she would pass. It is a bit frustrating. I don't know if I am over reacting.
I think you are right I will call the secondary school and let them know as well. In the end if its not meant to be it won't be.
Appreciate your help.
